MISSION

The Student Affairs Department considers serving students from enrollment to graduation as its primary duty. It has adopted the mission of contributing to the educational process at our university by providing timely and accurate information and documents to students, faculty members, senior management, administrative and academic units, and the institutions we are affiliated with. By adhering to a research-oriented, participatory, and sharing approach and upholding ethical values, the department aims to carry out all student-related procedures accurately, completely, and in the shortest possible time within the framework of the relevant laws and regulations during the students’ period of study. It also strives to work in coordination and harmony with other units of our university.

VISION

To be a unit that uses evolving information and technologies to provide secure and rapid information and document services, prioritizes the satisfaction of students, faculty, and staff, encourages teamwork, works in close cooperation and harmony with internal and external stakeholders, and serves as an example with a participatory and collaborative management approach. The department aims to be recognized for its exceptional services and the information it provides and to be a unit where its members are proud to work.
