Message From The Head Of Program

Accounting and Tax Applications Associate Degree Program aims to train accounting professionals who can meet the current needs of all sectors in line with the demands of accounting and tax services, accounting and financial departments of public or private sector organizations, and accounting and consultancy offices.

Within the scope of the program; courses such as Business Mathematics, General Business Administration, Introduction to Economics, Basic Law, Information and Communication Technology, A.I.I.T, Turkish Language, English, General Accounting, Period-End Accounting Transactions, Cost Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Computerized Accounting, Audit, Financial Statement Analysis, Turkish Tax System, Entrepreneurship, Accounting Standards, and more are taught.

The content of the courses is regularly revised in accordance with the suggestions of the Advisory Board consisting of industry representatives and our academic staff, considering current needs, requirements, and expectations. In addition to theoretical courses, the education system is supported by practical courses, which accelerate the adaptation process of students to the business world after graduation. Through conferences and seminars given by professional accounting experts from various sectors invited to the Vocational School, students can observe the practical reflections of theoretical knowledge and be nurtured as more competent individuals by benefiting from their experiences.

The Accounting and Tax Applications Program has agreements with some universities within the scope of the ERASMUS Program for student exchange. Our students can benefit from the opportunity of vocational training at the workplace in the second term of their second year, provided that they meet the necessary conditions determined by our university. Additionally, if students succeed in the Computerized Accounting course, they are given “Eta Education Certificate” and “Micro Specialization Certificate” free of charge.
