  10. Has basic knowledge, skills, and equipment to carry out patient management. Provides health care without harming patients; gives importance to hygiene in the clinic where he works.

  14. Creates an anesthesia plan in line with preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative needs in terms of anesthesia according to the type of diseases/patients and surgery and applies it together with the anesthesiology and reanimation specialist.
