Dear Students  

The need to eat, which is one of the basic needs of people, has gone beyond the phenomenon of cooking just for the sake of eating or filling the belly, taking into account the developing technology, differentiating demands and satisfaction points in today’s modern world. The experiences reflecting the history, culture and art of the societies on the plate have directly contributed to the change and development of the food and beverage sector and this has made the food and beverage sector and the culinary profession gain even more importance. As Istanbul Gedik University Culinary Program, we aim to educate the equipped cooks of the future with the comprehensive training plan we offer you, experienced academic staff in the field, strong sectoral connections and career opportunities. In this adventure where food meets art, we are pleased to see our esteemed cook candidates who are prone to learning and producing, energetic, disciplined, compatible with teamwork, strong communication skills and have an interest in the kitchen among us Decently.
