The experiences reflecting the history, culture and art of the societies on the plate have directly contributed to the change and development of the food and beverage sector and this has made the food and beverage sector and the culinary profession gain even more importance. As Istanbul Gedik University Culinary Program, we aim to educate the equipped cooks of the future with the comprehensive training plan we offer you, experienced academic staff in the field, strong sectoral connections and career opportunities.
