This has further emphasized the importance of the Food and Beverage Industry and the profession of Culinary Arts.

At Istanbul Gedik University, as the Culinary Arts Program, with our qualified academic staff in both Turkish and World Cuisine, we aim to train competent chefs who will embrace our cultural heritage and also bring innovations in the light of advancing technology.
