To be effective and knowledgeable about corporate communication, one must be able to train staff who can identify and effectively use the necessary techniques, tools, and information technologies for media and communication-related applications. Additionally, staff must be able to produce solutions to unforeseen problems encountered in applications, take responsibility in working groups or work individually, and possess knowledge of a foreign language to follow innovations in the field. Furthermore, the individual should demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, a grasp of the principles of total quality, and an understanding of social responsibility. In the 21st century, the field of media and communication has emerged as a prominent sector of globalization. In the field of media and communication, which is becoming increasingly specialized on a daily basis, there is a growing necessity for a qualified workforce at the global and national levels. The necessity for media leaders—competent communication experts who implement, manage, and evaluate communication processes across a multitude of sectors, including the private sector, government institutions, the education sector, and non-governmental organizations—is on the rise.
