- Communicates with patients, patient’s relatives and hospital staff.

- Has basic knowledge about human anatomy, physiology and radiological anatomy.
- Take precautions according to work and radiation safety and radiation protection rules and applies the rules.
- Knows the components and working principles of radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy equipment, how use the devices in accordance with the instructions for use.
- Performs the radiology and nuclear medicine imaging in accordance with the procedures.
- Evaluates the quality of the images which are obtained via radiology and nuclear medicine devices and takes the precaution to cover the quality, if necessary.
- Understands the physiology and anatomic structure in the image taken by radiology and nuclear medicine devices.
- Applies the radiotherapy which is planned by medical physicist to the patient.
- Has the competence to do research, obtaining, evaulating and applying new knowlodge on its field and by educating itself continiously, it has the principle of life-long learning.
