The Department of Visual Communication Design ranks among the top five most important contemporary professions of the 21st century worldwide. In our country, we aim to meet a significant portion of the industry’s and job market’s demand for Visual Communication Designers.
Therefore, this year, we have been proudly promoting the title of ‘University that Combines Design with Software…’ in education. The department aims to train designers who integrate contemporary education with software, design, and information technologies.
Visual Communication Design and interactive environment design form the foundation of the digital age profession and the future digital world. As aspiring designers, we expect you to create original works that can respond to the diverse needs and expectations of the sector and business world.
Our goal is to provide our students with an interdisciplinary, multicultural, and multidisciplinary education. Through our up-to-date curriculum, we intend to impart the universal design principles of our profession, supported by digital media and technological advancements.
We are in communication with international and national professional organizations, and we highly value your participation in extracurricular activities to gain professional experience and practical skills.
Both our university and, specifically, our department encourage the development of our students’ personal design talents, critical and analytical abilities, and visual language. We promote your active participation in the global design community, competitions, scientific-artistic design events, and student exchange programs.
