Our department was established under the Faculty of Health Sciences on March 29, 2017, and commenced its educational activities in the 2017-2018 academic year. The primary goal of our department is to train competent and well-educated Occupational Health and Safety Professionals, whose presence is felt in society. We aim to provide our students with comprehensive and up-to-date education in the fields of health, engineering, education, law, and statistics. To achieve this goal, we organize practical applications to translate the education into real-life experiences.
Graduates of our department can work in various fields related to occupational health and safety, including the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Health and its affiliated institutions, academic institutions, public and private workplaces, and non-governmental organizations.
