WHAT IS BLUE DIPLOMA?

The Blue Diploma is a complementary supplementary document issued together with the Higher Education Diploma, which explains the content, level and status of the education received by the graduates in a standardised manner and shows that the education provided by the university of graduation is at international standards. It is issued free of charge and in a widely used European language (preferably English).
