LAST CALL! ENGLISH PROFICIENCY EXAM

Dear Students,

The English Proficiency Exam for master students who are newly enrolled in program whose medium of instruction is English will be held face-to-face twice by taking all the security measures regarding the pandemic. HES code is checked at the entrance to the university. Be at the exam venue by making the necessary preparations before the exam.

  • Students must bring a pen, pencil, eraser and sharpener. 

Exam Rules: 

  1. Lecture notes, books and other materials are collected at the place designated by the invigilator. 
  2. Invigilators arrange students to sit properly, check their identities, and ensure that students sign the attendance list. 
  3. Invigilators explain that the IDs of the students taking the exam must be on the desk during the exam. 
  4. 4. It is forbidden for students to have devices such as mobile phones, headphones, pocket computers, Bluetooth, voice recorders or smart watches with them during the exam. If there are such devices, it is ensured that they are kept turned off in a place where the students cannot reach them, in accordance with the exam rules. 
  5. It is forbidden for students who have finished the exam to wait in the corridor, enter other exam halls, and speak or signal the students who are still taking the exam.
