The letter of the Council of Higher Education dated 31.03.2023, numbered E-91030993-823.02-2023.23.177-285975 and on the Spring Semester Educational Process of the 2022-2023 Academic Year was discussed

As the result of the discussion:

1. a) Continuation of online coded courses in the Spring semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year,
2. b) The courses coded as face-to-face in the Spring semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year will be held face-to-face in the classrooms as of April 10, 2023, without any attendance requirement, the course will be held in the classroom, even if there is no student in the classroom, and the course will be broadcast over the LMS system,
3. c) Uploading the course records to the LMS system so that students who cannot attend can watch it later,
4. d) The practical courses that should have been held and were postponed previously in the Spring semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year are to be conducted and completed face-to-face within this term, without leaving them to the following terms as of 10.04.2023,
5. e) All courses given at the Graduate Education Institute continue online,

was decided unanimously by the participants.
