To the Attention of Students Receiving Erasmus+ Mobility in the 2020-2021 Academic Year!!

Due to the cessation of Erasmus activities and the closed borders between countries due to the pandemic process experienced all over the world, International Relations and Erasmus Coordinatorship started  to communicate with the universities abroad that the students who gained Erasmus + Mobility in the 2020-2021 Academic Year selected  in the application forms they submitted during their application.

To be able to receive a letter of acceptance, we would like to remind you that you should follow the e-mails sent to the personal e-mail addresses you specified from our students, and you should also check the announcements posted on the website of our University as “Frequently Asked Questions” in the form of versions of the Covid-19 and Erasmus process at regular intervals.

Our students, who want to give up their internship and education rights as a noble student due to the Covid-19 pandemic or for any other reason, should inform Gülşah KESENTAŞ, Deputy Director of International Relations and Erasmus Office, until 30.08.2020, 17:00. They also must send their petition that shows their waiving. Otherwise, the mobility activity requirements will be began to apply.

In this process, our students, who are informed by the International Relations and Erasmus Coordinatorship that they will be given a letter of acceptance in March 2021, are kindly requested to wait for a new notification and stay in touch with our unit with the same sensitivity that they have shown.
