Applications Open for the College of Europe Master’s Scholarship Program

The College of Europe Master’s Scholarship Program, managed by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is now open for applications for the 2025-2026 academic year. The program is funded by contributions from the private sector, civil society organizations, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the College of Europe. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to pursue a 10-month master’s degree at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.

The College of Europe, established in 1949, was founded to train bureaucrats for European Union institutions and has become one of the most prestigious institutions in European studies. College graduates hold significant positions in EU institutions, the public sector, private sector, and civil society organizations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a graduate or final-year student in fields such as law, economics, social sciences, communication, etc.
  • Must have proficiency in both English and French

Applications will be reviewed by the College of Europe, and candidates shortlisted after the initial screening will be invited for interviews. The application deadline is January 15, 2025.
