OUR INSTITUTION’S INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND ERASMUS COORDINATORSHIP ASSISTANT SPECIALIST İLAYDA ÖNDER HAS CONDUCTED A STAFF TRAINING MOBILITY UNDER THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAMS.
İlayda Önder, Assistant Specialist of our institution’s External Relations and Erasmus Coordination, carried out Staff Training Mobility within the scope of Erasmus+ programs at The Academy of Applied Technical and Preschool Studies Niš Branch in Serbia from June 24 to 28.
During the mobility, she initially met with the institution’s management team and watched a comprehensive presentation about the school. This presentation provided detailed information about the school’s mission, vision, educational methods, and general operation.
Following the presentation, she toured various departments of the school, accompanied by the Erasmus institutional coordinator and assistant, examining classrooms, laboratories, and other educational areas. During these tours, she gained information about the school’s physical and technical infrastructure and conducted detailed examinations of the materials and technologies used.
Additionally, she held meetings with the international office and Erasmus office to gain detailed information on how Erasmus processes operate. These meetings involved sharing information about the implementation of Erasmus programs, process management, and the challenges encountered.
Significant steps were also taken for future collaborations. Various meetings were held to discuss expanding existing agreement areas and creating new collaboration opportunities. In this context, common working areas were identified to implement mutually beneficial projects, laying the foundation for future collaborations.
As a result, this mobility program has established a strong cooperation ground between our institution and The Academy of Applied Technical and Preschool Studies Niš Branch, enabling both institutions to collaborate more effectively within the framework of Erasmus+ programs.
