Within the scope of bilateral collaborations, Luna Todaro, CEO & Director of Academic Affairs, and Riccardo Laurina, Business Management Instructor, from Quasar Institute for Advanced Design in Rome, Italy, visited our institution on July 17, 2024, as part of the Erasmus Staff Mobility for Training program.

Luna Todaro and Riccardo Laurina visited our Faculty of Architecture and Design on July 17, 2024, accompanied by Dr. Ferhan Hasmaden, Assistant Professor from the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. After a tour of the faculty and the student affairs exhibition, a meeting was held with our faculty members: Associate Professor Zerrin Funda Ürük, Associate Professor Dr. Deniz Akçay Balcı, Associate Professor Dr. Pınar Erkan Bursa, Assistant Professor Dr. Ferhan Hasmaden, Assistant Professor Dr. Ekrem Çetin Bigat, Research Assistant Uğur Eren Yasak, Research Assistant Atakan Seç, and Specialist Assistant Ilayda Önder from the Office of International Relations and Erasmus Coordination. The meeting focused on potential collaborations.

Our guests also met with our Graphic Design program faculty at Gedik Vocational School: Instructor Sonad Tanyel, Instructor Seda Müftüoğlu, Instructor Halime Sanem Özkan, and Instructor Yücel Kamar, Coordinator of International Relations and Erasmus. After touring the classrooms and laboratories, they received their certificates at the end of the mobility program.

We hope this mobility will further strengthen the relationship between the two institutions.
