III. PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT GOWNING CEREMONY TOOK PLACE IN AN ATMOSPHERE FULL OF ENTHUSIASM AND EXCITEMENT
III. Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department Gowning Ceremony took place in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and excitement. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kesik, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Murat Kalemoğlu, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Kerime Derya Beydağ, academicians of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, first year students and their families attended the ceremony.
First year representative students Selin Turan and Menna Mohsen made speeches emphasising the meaning and importance of the day from the student perspective. In addition, Musician Caner Toptaner, who performed Çakal Çökerten Zeybek, one of Atatürk’s favourite pieces, and İzmir Anthem with his clarinet interpretation, and the surprises prepared added colour to the ceremony. We congratulate the future physiotherapists and wish them continued success.
