Assoc. Dr. Nihan Yarmacı’s New Book Chapter Has Been Publıshed

The new book, tittled “Gastronomi Sözlüğü A’dan Z’ye” in which Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Associate Professor Nihan Yarmacı was one of the authors, was published by Detay Yayıncılık.
