A VISIT TO OUR UNIVERSITY BY UNIVERSITAS NEGERI PADANG (PADANG STATE UNIVERSITY)

Prof. Dr. Ganefri, Rector of Padang State University, located in Indonesia, with whom we cooperate within the scope of the Erasmus KA171 International Credit Mobility program, and Prof. Dr. Rusnardi Rahman Putra, Director of International Relations Office, visited our university on 22 November 2023 and met with our Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kesik.

International Affairs and Erasmus Coordinator Yücel Kamar, Dr. Redvan Ghasemlounia and Dr. Murathan Alpay from the Faculty of Engineering attended the meeting, as well.

With the advice and mediation of Mr. Ganefri, the Rector of Padang State University, with whom we have fruitful cooperation, an agreement was reached to establish academic cooperation with Bung Hatta University, also located in Indonesia, and the memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by our Rector during the meeting.

It is anticipated that our productive cooperation with both universities will continue increasingly in the near future.
