As the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, We Held an Inspiring In-Class Event with Kısık Ateş Academy on “Leaving a Taste for the Future”!
We discussed sustainable kitchen practices, food waste prevention, and nature-friendly dishes. Together with Chef Murat Yıldız, Gülçin Kaya, and Simay Başural, we prepared delicious and eco-friendly recipes featuring Blue Tail Shrimp and Chios Artichoke.
