As the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, We Participated in Culinary Forum 2025!

On February 26-27, 2025, we participated in the Culinary Forum event held in Antalya, together with our faculty members, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nihan Yarmacı Güvenç and Res. Asst. Seray Evren, as well as the members of our Gastronomy Club.
At this valuable event, which brought together expert chefs and academics, we had the opportunity to closely follow the latest innovations in the culinary world, connect with industry professionals, and share knowledge.
