“Cheesecake Workshop” Event Took Place!
On Friday, December 6, 2024, our university’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department hosted a special event that brought together dessert lovers. The “Cheesecake Workshop,” led by Ece Yüksel and Sude Yüksel, third-generation representatives of Ceviz Ağacı and accomplished pastry chefs, garnered great interest.
During the workshop, our chefs shared the technical details of cheesecake preparation through a hands-on demonstration. Students and guests who attended the event not only gained professional insights but also had the opportunity to taste the delicious creations crafted by expert hands.
