Dr. Barış Yalınkılıç, an academic member of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and Selim Uzun, a graduate student in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts made an oral presentation with the research title of “The Effect of Different Marinating Applications on the Instrumental Textural Properties of the Steak Cooked with the Sous-Vide Technique” at the 3rd International Conference on Gastronomy, Nutrition and Dietetics held in Istanbul on 6-8 May, 2022.
