DR. BARIŞ YALINKILIÇ 1st National Gastronomy Studies Symposium Notification Has Been Published

 

  • Dr. Barış Yalınkılıç, an academic member of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and Elis Mutlu, a graduate student in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts made an oral presentation with the research title of “The Effect of the Carob Flour, Stevia, and Cinnamon on the Sensory Properties of the Diabetic Strawberry Jam” at the 1st National Gastronomy Studies Symposium held in Istanbul on 18-19 February 2021.

 

  • Dr. Barış Yalınkılıç, an academic member of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and Emrah Fandaklı, a graduate student in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts made an oral presentation with the research title of “Problems Experienced in Food Preparation Processes of Individuals Fed on a Low Protein Content Diet: A Qualitative Research in the Context of Gastronomy” at the 1st National Gastronomy Studies Symposium held in Istanbul on 18-19 February 2021.

 

  •  Dr. Barış Yalınkılıç, an academic member of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, and Selim Uzun, a graduate student in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts made an oral presentation with the research title of “The Effect of Different Marinating Applications on the Sensory Properties of the Steak Cooked with the Sous-Vide Technique” at the 1st National Gastronomy Studies Symposium held in Istanbul on 18-19 February 2021.
