Full Accreditation Granted to Our Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts by TURAK for a Period of 6 Years

Our Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts has been granted Full Accreditation by the Tourism Academic Evaluation and Accreditation Board (TURAK), valid for a period of six years from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2030.

The official accreditation certificate was presented by the TURAK Executive Board during the ceremony held on April 17, 2025.

This significant achievement once again affirms that our academic program is aligned with national standards in terms of its academic and practical structure, curriculum design, faculty qualifications, and student-centered approach.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all academic and administrative staff who contributed to this accreditation process, and we remain committed to achieving even greater accomplishments together with our students and alumni.
