GRADUATE STUDENT IN GASTRONOMY AND CULINARY ARTS, TUĞBA TAŞTEKİN ALHAN, SPOKE AT CULINARY FORUM 2025

Our graduate student, Tuğba Taştekin Alhan, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nihan YARMACI GÜVENÇ, participated as a speaker at Turkey’s First Sourdough Workshop, held as part of Culinary Forum 2025.

She shared her valuable insights in the workshop titled “Artisanal Baking in Turkey: The Rise of Sourdough and Micro Bakeries.
