HEAD OF CULINARY PROGRAM HURİYE ZAFERA ATTENDED JURY AT CULINARY WORLD CUP TUNISIA 2022.
Taking part as the International jury in the International World Culinary Arts Championship, Lecturer Huriye Zafera, Gedik University Master’s student Elif YILDIZ TOHUMCU won the gold medal in the World Cuisine category at the previous 18th International Tasfed Culinary Days and was entitled to enter the World Culinary Arts Championship.
Our student Elif Yıldız won the gold medal with lamb Mutancana and Stuffed Rice in Ottoman Cuisine in the competition held in Tunisia.
