TUSIAD CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ORHAN TURAN WAS THE GUEST OF OUR UNIVERSITY

TÜSİAD Chairman of the Board Orhan Turan was the guest of our university in the “Future Meetings at Work” program moderated by Hande Demirel.

Istanbul Gedik University’s Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees Hülya Gedik, our faculty deans, faculty members and students participated in the program.

Orhan Turan gave advice to our students with his success story starting from Elazig and reaching the world as a result of determination and stability.

He underlined the importance of digitalization in the new world of commerce, which continues to transform.

He emphasized that Turkey is a country that struggles with waves of economic crisis, takes risks in uncertain times, continues to produce and creates added value.

Turan stated that they created a platform for young people who are eager to produce so they can present their projects, and that they stand by the young people and women entrepreneurs.

After the question and answer event held at the end of the program, our Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees Hülya Gedik presented a table with a crescent-star to TÜSİAD Chairman Orhan Turan for his participation.
