The Workshop on Turkish Judicial Reform from A to Z, co-organised by the Better Judiciary Association and our Faculty, was held on 24-25 December 2024 at Istanbul Gedik University Kartal Campus Conference Hall.
On the first day of the two-day workshop, Prof. Dr. Korkut Kanadoğlu gave a speech on ‘A General Evaluation of the Turkish Judicial Reform from A to Z’, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Başözen gave a speech on ‘Fast Trial or Fair Trial for a Better Judiciary? Problem Determination and Solution Discussion through Legislative Amendments’, Prof. Dr. Ege Okakın Erbaş gave a speech on “An Overview of the Concept of Good Administration of Justice” and Prof. Dr. Erdi Yetkin gave a speech on “The Effectuation of Judicial Function through Criminal Law”.
On the second day of the workshop, after the speeches made by the members of the Better Justice Association, the final declarations of the workshop were presented by the students of our faculty.
