This research examines the sustainability perceptions of companies in Dubai and Istanbul, beginning with an exploration of the concept of sustainability, its goals, and the benefits it brings to businesses. The study presents survey results gathered to understand companies’ views on sustainability.

The focus of the study is to understand the perspectives of companies in Dubai and Istanbul on sustainability, identify the challenges they face, and explore ways to overcome these challenges. The aim is to enhance both the operational contributions of companies and their impact on society regarding sustainability.

The results reveal similarities and differences in sustainability practices between Istanbul and Dubai. While Istanbul prioritizes customer-focused sustainability, Dubai emphasizes sustainable operations.

This study serves as a guide for businesses aiming to contribute to a sustainable future.
