The Nutrition and Dietetics Department Organized a Technical Trip

The 3rd-year students of the Nutrition and Dietetics department visited one of the leading companies in the field, MK Catering Services, as part of their ‘Mass Feeding Systems’ course to witness the practical application of the theoretical knowledge they had acquired. Our students had the opportunity to observe on-site the crucial steps involved in mass feeding systems, including procurement, storage, preparation, cooking, and distribution.
