The synergy between Gedik Holding’s over 60 years of business expertise and Istanbul Gedik University’s high-quality education and innovative perspective supports future-oriented visions.
The Memorandum of Understanding signed between Istanbul Gedik University and T-Hub in April 2023 aims to enhance cooperation in commercial, academic, and educational fields. This collaboration encompasses the development of innovative projects and access to India’s innovation ecosystem. T-Hub is an innovation center and ecosystem enabler located in Hyderabad, India. It is also one of the world’s largest innovation campuses, leading India’s innovation ecosystem.
The Virtual Space Program and India Market Access Program, which we are jointly implementing, are among the key initiatives resulting from this partnership. Under the India Market Access Program, the objective is to select promising startups from Istanbul Gedik University and expand their market scope, enabling them to access both the Indian and East Asian markets. In this context, Istanbul Gedik University plays a pivotal role in evaluating and identifying candidate startups, acting as a bridge between these startups and T-Hub to ensure Turkish entrepreneurs become part of the global ecosystem.
Entrepreneurial students can expand their innovative ideas and projects to broader audiences, develop and scale their startups through T-Hub’s extensive corporate network, meet potential customers and collaborators in India’s government infrastructure, work with mentors, and step closer to becoming entrepreneurial brands that pioneer self-sustaining business development.
T-Hub takes on the mission of supporting our entrepreneurial students in their journey toward international growth. Through the programs outlined in our agreement, it aims to assist startups looking to enter the Indian and South Asian markets.
