Black Sea Program Call for Proposals Information Event

Dear Researchers,

An information event will be held for the second and final call for proposals of the Black Sea Basin Cross-Border Cooperation Program for the 2021-2027 period, which is managed by the EU Presidency as the National Authority.

The event will be attended by Mr. Bülent Özcan, Director-General of Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation at the EU Presidency, and Mrs. Laura Bobarnac, Head of the Unit at the Romanian Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, which is the Program’s Managing Authority.

During the event, detailed information will be provided about the conditions of the second call for proposals for the Black Sea Basin Program, as well as guidance on the application process and budget preparation. Additionally, a project manager from the 2014-2020 period will share their experiences regarding project preparation and implementation. The event is open to potential applicants from the 25 provinces involved in the program and can be attended online without mandatory registration.
