TTO Supports Academicians’ Company Formation Activities

Since 2018, the Entrepreneurship and Incubation unit within the Technology Transfer Office (IGUNTTO) at Istanbul Gedik University has been supporting the company formation activities of our academicians and students. At our Teknopark Istanbul campus, our Incubation Center enables entrepreneurs to continue their business activities while benefiting from tax incentives. Entrepreneurs who are not yet at the company formation stage work on refining their ideas at our pre-incubation center located at the Kartal campus.

In the incubator service, provided in stages, candidates who are at the idea stage receive support in various steps such as company formation, benefiting from funding opportunities, product development, market share acquisition, and obtaining intellectual property rights for the developed products. Both the IGUNTTO team and industry experts offer guidance throughout these stages.
