Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nihan YARMACI GÜVENÇ served as session chair at the 8th International Congress on Gastronomy Tourism Research held in Aydın on 17-20 October 2024, co-hosted by Aydın Adnan Menderes University and Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University Tourism Faculties. In the 4th session held on October 19, 2024, under the chairmanship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nihan YARMACI GÜVENÇ, the participants presented papers on different aspects of gastronomy tourism.
