Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department organized an in-class event at Istanbul Archaeology Museum.

Within the scope of the Food History and Culture course, which is included in the curriculum of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nihan YARMACI GÜVENÇ, an in-class activity was organized at the Istanbul Archaeology Museum. Students had the chance to learn the relationship between gastronomy and history by examining the artifacts in the museum.
