Oyunlaştırma, sürdürülebilirlik için önemli bir potansiyel sunan bu değişim sürecinden kaynaklanan sorunların üstesinden gelmek için bir strateji olarak kullanılabilir. Oyunlaştırma, keyif ve büyülenmeyi artırma kabiliyetiyle çalışan bağlılığını teşvik etmek için yeni bir yöntem sunmaktadır. Ayrıca, oyunlaştırmanın çalışanlara bilgi sağlamak ve sürdürülebilirlik konularında bilgi edinmelerine yardımcı olmak için bir araç olarak kullanılması, insanları kurumun sürdürülebilirlik hedefine etkili bir şekilde dahil edebilir ve kendi değerlerini kurumun değerleriyle uyumlu hâle getirebilir.
